Because each order is custom-printed, Infinite DTF does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

We only offer reprints or refunds if the error is clearly on our side, such as:

• Wrong sheet size printed

• Missing or incorrect items in your order

• Printing defects not present in your submitted file

We cannot accept responsibility for:

• Low-resolution or incorrect files submitted by the customer

• Color variations due to monitor differences (all prints are CMYK only)

• Pressing issues caused by incorrect temperature, time, or pressure

To request a reprint due to a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
