Welcome to Infinite DTF. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Products & Services
All transfers are custom printed based on the artwork provided by the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

Payment is required at checkout before production begins.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected.
3. Order Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for:

Submitting correct and properly formatted artwork (PNG, 300 DPI, transparent background recommended).

Reviewing sizes, designs, and layouts before submitting.

Ensuring files are of sufficient quality.
Infinite DTF is not responsible for errors caused by low-resolution files, misspellings, or incorrect design submissions.
4. Production & Shipping

Standard production time: 24–48 hours after order confirmation.

Shipping times vary depending on carrier and destination.

Infinite DTF is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Since our products are custom-made, returns and cancellations are not accepted.

We will only reprint or refund if the error is on our side (wrong size, missing items, or printing defects).

Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the defective product.
6. Color Disclaimer
All files are printed in CMYK color profile. Colors may appear different due to screen variations. Pantone/RGB matching is not available.
7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos and images, is the property of Infinite DTF.

Customer-submitted artwork remains their property. By uploading artwork, the customer grants Infinite DTF the right to print and fulfill the order.
8. Limitation of Liability
Infinite DTF is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of products, incorrect heat press application, or shipping delays. Liability is limited to the value of the original order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
